This energetic and healing drum circle is open to all. Please bring a drum and/or rattle, blanket, pillow, eye-cover, notebook, wear comfortable clothes and warm socks. Chairs are available for those who can't be on the floor. If you don't own a drum or rattle, pill bottles make great sounding rattles and oatmeal boxes or something of similar shape and material make great drums. A few extra drums and rattles will be available. Please don't stay away if you don't own a "real" drum or rattle. $10.00 love offering to defray cost of the room.
