This monthly event is led by Janet Ambe. Be sure to bring a drum or rattle. If needed one can be provided. Wear comfortable clothes, shoes, warm socks and bring a mat if needed. Chairs will be provided for those who need them. Bring a blanket, pillow, eye-cover and a notebook. Love offering of $10.00 is appreciated to defray cost of space rental. If you don't have a drum or rattle come anyway. |
